We are looking for an enthusiastic assistant personal coach or personal coach who will strengthen our team at the Small Group. Target group and location where you will work: Residential Care Beethovenlaan in Aalsmeer is a warm and welcoming place where we provide support to young people with intellectual disabilities, mental health issues, and/or behavioral challenges. As an assistant personal coach, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides personalized support to our residents. Your main tasks will include: • Providing emotional support and guidance to our residents; • Assisting in the development of individualized care plans; • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the planning and implementation of activities; • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on resident progress; • Collaborating with other professionals, such as therapists, teachers, and healthcare providers.
