What you'll do:
• A new challenge every day: At JYSK, no day is the same! As Assistant Store Manager, you play a crucial role in running the store. You ensure that everything continues to run smoothly in a dynamic environment.

You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that customers have a top experience! You start each day with a short team meeting, after which everyone takes on their own responsibilities.

What you bring:
• You have a MBO work/level of thinking
• You have at least 1 year of experience in Retail
• Experience with leadership? Top! Or it's about coaching colleagues or having conversations about things like absenteeism and performance, knowing how to manage people is a plus
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and have some knowledge of the English language.
• Flexibility is key for you
• You are result-oriented, social, and enjoy a dynamic environment.
