Assistant/Payroll and Contributions

Staff S.p.A. subsidiary of VERONA seeks Assistant/Payroll and Contributions for a Studio Associato Commercialisti at San Giovanni Lupatoto (Vr). DIRECT EMPLOYMENT FOR AN INDEFINITE OR DETERMINED PERIOD, Classification and RAL will be agreed upon based on the candidate's previous experience. Both Senior and Junior candidates will be evaluated. Schedule: Monday to Friday, availability for PART-TIME from 20 to 30 hours and/or FULL-TIME based on the candidate's needs. Flexibility in scheduling and possibility of continuous work or lunch break. Ideal profile: - Diploma in Accounting and/or Bachelor's degree in Labor Consulting, Economics, or Law; - Previous experience in the role of Payroll and Contributions Assistant, gained at professional studios and companies; - Knowledge of main National Collective Labour Agreements; - Good knowledge of managing entities and funds; full mastery of leave/permits/role management; - Knowledge of new regulatory provisions; - Strong inclination to delve deeper, analytical skills, and precision; - Excellent PC usage, Microsoft Office package: Word, Excel, email; - Knowledge of widely used applications for payroll processing; - Appreciated relational and problem-solving skills. Duties to be performed: - Processing pay slips and related fiscal and contributory obligations; - Managing annual obligations (CU model/certification, Model 770, INAIL self-liquidation, F24) and periodic obligations (Uniemens model); - Processing online communications with employment centers, institutes, and pension institutions; - Other duties required by the role.
