Reference: CLS/RH/ / Contract type: Permanent Contract at 100% / Hours: Monday to Sunday according to various shift schedules, earliest 7:00 AM and latest 7:00 PM + night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM + on-call duty on weekends from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

Why do we need you?

To strengthen our operating room team, we are looking for a Specialized Operating Room Technician Assistant to contribute to patient safety and the smooth running of procedures.

What will you be doing?

• Participate in the reception, comfort, positioning, and safety of patients in the operating rooms
• Participate in the application of hygiene and asepsis rules in the pre, per, and post-operative periods
• Collaborate in the progress of surgical or interventional medical procedures as a circulating assistant
• Handle surgical and radiological equipment within the framework of surgical procedures

• You will join a multidisciplinary team of approximately 60 employees, including 13 specialized operating room technician assistants. • Hold a Specialized Operating Room Technician Assistant (ATSSO) Certificate
• Provide proof of successful experience in an operating room
• Rigorously master the rules of asepsis, hygiene, and safety in the operating room
• Collaborate effectively with the entire operating room team (surgeons, anesthetists, scrub nurses, operating room assistants)
• Communicate clearly, structurally, and appropriately for the operating context
• Demonstrate composure and reliability in critical situations
• Assume your responsibilities with professionalism, discretion, and a sense of confidentiality
• Integrate quickly into a team thanks to a great adaptability
