Job description
The Louis Boissonnet is a recognized private socio-é (ASE) of public interest. It welcomes 106 residents and counts 160 employees and is looking for, for its socio-é (ASE) service 90% or 100%. Missions: Propose and organize stimulating collective and individual activities. Accompany the residents in various home, unit, or individual settings. Research and document continuity in daily care of the resident(s). Work in harmony within a team to ensure the well-being of the residents. Ensure the smooth running of daily life for the residents. Participate in the development of the socio-educative project. Collaborate with other professionals to provide quality care. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Provide support and guidance to colleagues. Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the residents.
