Job description
CASTOLIN EUTECTIC France is one of the major players in welding professions, particularly in repair/maintenance through welding and other processes via its production workshops. As a producer, recommender, and applicator, we provide our industrial clients with our product ranges, our services, and the talent of our employees.
Within the Human Resources department, your main missions will be:
Participation in the deployment and optimization of the training plan,
Participation in recruitment campaigns,
Employee follow-up from hiring to departure,
Management of temporary workers (gathering needs, administrative follow-up),
Follow-up of medical examinations,
Follow-up of annual reviews,
Follow-up of employee travel in France and abroad,
Preparation of files for Long Service Awards (Médailles du Travail),
Time management follow-up,
Providing answers to various employee questions,
Issuing various certificates.
You will also have the opportunity to undertake enriching ad-hoc missions such as:
Creating Excel spreadsheets for absenteeism tracking,
Writing various letters (Occupational Health, disciplinary sanctions...).
You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR and are looking for your first experience in the field.
You are rigorous, organized, enthusiastic, and proficient with computer tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
You also have good interpersonal skills.
You have a good level of English.
You are sensitive to HSE culture and wish to work in a company that has implemented a health-safety-environment policy.
This position is available for an apprenticeship contract for the academic year 2026-2027.
