CASTOLIN EUTECTIC France is one of the major players in welding professions, particularly in repair/maintenance by welding and other processes, through its production workshops. As a producer, advisor, and applicator, we provide our industrial clients with our product ranges, our services, and the talent of our employees.

Within the Human Resources department, your main tasks will be:

Participation in the deployment and optimization of the training plan,
Participation in recruitment campaigns,
Monitoring the employee from hiring to departure,
Management of temporary workers (gathering needs, administrative follow-up),
Monitoring medical visits,
Monitoring annual appraisals,
Monitoring employee travel in France and abroad,
Preparation of files for Long Service Awards (Médailles du Travail),
Monitoring time management,
Providing answers to various employee questions,
Issuing various certificates.

You will also have the opportunity to undertake enriching ad-hoc missions such as:

Creating Excel spreadsheets for absence tracking,
Drafting various letters (Occupational Health, disciplinary actions...).

You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR and are looking for your first experience in the field.

You are rigorous, organized, enthusiastic, and proficient in IT tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).

You also have good interpersonal skills.

You have a good level of English.

You are sensitive to HSE culture and wish to work in a company that has implemented a health-safety-environment policy.

This position is to be filled on an apprenticeship contract for the 2026-2027 academic year.
