Graphic Design Assistant F/M / NB - Internship

Sony Music Entertainment is looking for a Graphic Design Assistant Intern F/M within its Creative Services department.

As part of your internship, you will assist in the creation and adaptation of visuals for the various digital communication platforms of Sony Music France and its labels, and participate in the visual design of internal or external presentations through the following tasks:

Graphic Creation and Adaptation

• Design and adapt static visuals for the social networks of labels and Sony Music France (release day, contests, certifications, artist award nominations, etc.)
• Adapt formats according to the constraints of each platform (stories, posts, etc.)
• Create visuals for Sony Music France's corporate communications: institutional announcements, LinkedIn visuals

Coordination with the Community Manager

• Ensure the delivery of graphic elements within the required deadlines to respect the editorial schedule
• Anticipate visual needs according to the planned posting calendar

Presentation Design

• Create and format presentations for internal stakeholders (management, label teams) or external stakeholders (brands, partners)
• Ensure graphic consistency and readability of the materials

Profile Sought:

• You are a student in graphic design, visual communication training
• You master the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as presentation design tools (Powerpoint, Canva, Keynote...)
• You have a good understanding of graphics and typography, a sense of composition, rhythm, and colors
• You are creative, rigorous, and have a good ability to meet short deadlines
• You have a strong interest in the music industry, its artists, and the visual universe that accompanies them

Duration, Location, and Period of the Internship:

• Duration: 6 months minimum (with mandatory internship agreement), full-time internship only (35h/week)

Internship Compensation:

• Legal minimum (€693 gross per month) + 50% reimbursement of transportation costs + Restaurant vouchers
