Missions Your mission, as a home care assistant (ADV), you are a true life partner for the people you support. Specifically, you will be responsible for: - Assisting the beneficiary during transfers and movements by adapting your movements to the pace of their motor limitations.
- Helping with meals and drinks by using adapted technical aids to compensate for involuntary movements.
- Accompanying the realization of personal hygiene and dressing, allowing sufficient time to preserve autonomy as much as possible.
- Maintaining attentive presence to secure journeys at home and avoid the risk of falls.
