Under the supervision of the Chief Concierge and within an experienced team, member of prestigious Clefs d'Or, you will embody the values and elegance of our establishment. As a true ambassador of the hotel, as Assistant(e) Concierge tournant(e), you will ensure that each of our guests has a unique, personalized, and unforgettable experience.
Your main missions :
Your main missions :
- Welcoming warmly our guests and offering them attentive and tailored service, from their arrival to the end of their stay
- Ensuring the smooth running of the stay and the well-being of each of our clients.
- Creating privileged relationships with customers and responding to all their requests with efficiency and discretion.
- Welcoming, informing, and assisting guests, managing phone calls as well as various reservations.
- Coordinating with reception teams.
- Staying informed about Parisian news and maintaining a network of local partners and providers.
- Taking care of luggage with care and courtesy
- Ensuring the exceptional replacement of the night concierge in case of absence or leave.
