We are recruiting a Customer Accounting Assistant M/F in CDI. Come join our human-sized company in this field. But what will your role be?

Reporting to the Accounting & Sales Administration Manager, you will provide support and participate in the smooth running of the customer credit department in its overall activity.

Your main responsibilities will be:

· Entry of receipts and reconciliations,

· Management of receivables,

· Monitoring of customer outstanding balances in liaison with the sales team,

· Following up with clients (phone, mail, email, etc.),

· Monitoring of Days Sales Outstanding (DSO),

· Implementation of the collection procedure for unpaid invoices,

· Alerting and reporting risks to your manager,

· Monitoring payment disputes.

This list is not exhaustive, however.

With a BAC+2 (Associate's degree) in Accounting and Management, you have experience as a Customer Accountant and wish to deepen it. Knowledge of an ERP system like SAP would be a plus.

Highly organized, you have a good command of figures, a strong sense of contact, and know how to handle difficult situations. Your interpersonal skills, your ability to explain and enforce rules, your firmness, and your rigor will be appreciated qualities for this position.
