Mission

As an assistant.e commercial.e in our stores,

• You animate and coordinate the daily operational functioning of the team. Like a conductor, you organize the flow of merchandise on the sales floor and apply the team's food or non-food functioning.
• You will be responsible for restocking shelves and displaying promotions so that our customers can make their purchases easily.
• You will work polyvalently with assistants from other departments, as we prioritize collaboration.
• In the absence of your Manager, you will take over the operational part. You will also be involved in the organization of commercial campaigns: seasonal articles, events... In short, you will be at the heart of the action!
• And because at our company, customers are kings, you will always prioritize them. You will actively participate in all aspects of the store to obtain the best results through genuine collaboration.

Domaine de responsabilités

• You perform all tasks delegated by your hierarchy.
• You make proposals to your hierarchy regarding commercial actions, stock optimization (inventory tracking), and work organization in general.
• You work in collaboration with your colleagues Assistant Front Office within your universe.
• You ensure the opening or closing of the store according to the store schedule.

Profil

• You hold a secondary education diploma (or equivalent by experience).
• You have a first professional experience in sales / large distribution or catering.
• You have the potential to lead a team.
• You are flexible. Working according to a variable schedule and Saturdays do not scare you.
• Your qualities: customer orientation and results, initiative-taking, organization, communication, teamwork
