Assistant Marketing Loyalty Project Manager (Deliveroo Plus) - 12-month Apprenticeship

We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Loyalty Project Manager for an apprenticeship to join our Marketing team in Paris, for a duration of 12 months. Alongside the Loyalty team, you will contribute to the development of Deliveroo Plus, our subscription program, by participating in the deployment of marketing campaigns and supporting high-impact projects on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

What you will do

Within the Loyalty team, you will work closely with Marketing Managers as well as the CRM, Brand, Media, Creative, Sales, and our strategic partners teams.

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the creation of Deliveroo Plus campaigns by writing and managing CRM, creative, and legal briefs with local, global teams, and agencies.

• Adapting and localizing international marketing campaigns for the French market, ensuring their consistency with our brand identity.

• Monitoring the performance of Deliveroo Plus offers and contributing to the identification of optimization opportunities.

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports for our strategic partners.

• Participating in the launch of 360° marketing campaigns (CRM, digital, TV, influencer, events, and in-app) by coordinating the various stakeholders.

• Conducting competitive intelligence on loyalty programs and sharing recommendations to enrich our strategy.

What will enable you to succeed

You are pursuing a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree from a business school, university, or equivalent, with a specialization in marketing, communication, or digital.

You recognize yourself in the following points:

• You are organized, rigorous, and know how to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• You have excellent written and oral communication skills in French, as well as a good level of English.

• You are comfortable with numbers and enjoy analyzing performance to draw recommendations.

• You appreciate teamwork and coordinating with numerous stakeholders.

• You are curious, proactive, and wish to develop in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
