The Assistant Winemaker contributes to all aspects of winemaking operations, from grape reception to bottling. Key Responsibilities * Assist with all winemaking operations, including grape receival, processing, fermentation, maturation, blending, and bottling. * Oversee and maintain all winemaking equipment and infrastructure. * Conduct laboratory analysis and maintain accurate records of all winemaking activities. * Assist with the management of the winery's cellar operations. * Participate in the development and implementation of winemaking strategies. * Maintain a safe and efficient work environment. About You * Bachelor's degree in Oenology or related field preferred. * Proven experience in a winemaking role. * Strong understanding of winemaking principles and practices. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
