Assistant, Warehouse Manager/ Logistics (OOG, Transport)

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations. Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity. Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment. Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support. Monitor and enforce safety and security protocols. Analyze and forecast warehouse capacity and resource needs. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. Coordinate with logistics team to optimize transportation routes and schedules. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and continuous learning. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
