Responsibilities Process daily trade transactions in a timely and accurate manner within service level agreement Perform pre-processing review of customers' submissions and conduct documentary checks Ensure that regulatory, bank's policies, guidelines, control and compliance requirements are strictly adhered to Complete daily reconciliation activities and prepare reports to internal stakeholders and/or customers Liaise with client on updating transaction statuses and support addressing transactions issues as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and related documentation Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of structured analytics processes into the overall business operations Ensure that all activities are performed in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
