Job description
Responsibilities
- Be part of a regional team in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of third-party risk management (TPRM) i.e. onboarding, ongoing monitoring and termination.
- Collaborate closely with the Second Line of Defence (2LoD) to identify opportunities and provide recommendations to strengthen and enhance the TPRM framework and processes.
- Review and enhance TPRM policies and procedures to ensure their continued effectiveness, alignment with the TPRM framework, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance & support to contract owner on TPRM process.
- Administer record keeping and documentation of third party.
- Prepare MIS and KRIs relating to TPRM.
- Work closely with stakeholders from TPRM 3 lines of defense in the region to effectively coordinate and execute TPRM controls.
- Support and contribute to the successful delivery of TPRM-related projects and strategic initiatives.
- Support internal and external audits related to TPRM.
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years working experience in banking or financial services, during which at least 5 years were in the capacity of Third-Party Risk Management and/or Technology Risk Management.
- Preference will be given to candidates with strong knowledge and practical experience across multiple risk domains, particularly technology risk, cybersecurity risk, and operational resilience.
- Experience of managing risk and control assessment.
- Experience of managing TPRM related projects and initiatives.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working experience in a regional role would be advantageous.
- Certification such as CTPRP, CTPRA, CISSP, CRISC, CRCM would be advantageous.
