UOB is currently looking for an Assistant VP (Property) to join our team. Job Responsibilities: * Assist in managing the Bank’s property portfolio in Singapore and overseas. * Handle leasing, procurement and facilities management matters. * Responsible for property tax, insurance, valuation, and other property-related matters. * Assist in project management and renovation works. * Liaise with internal stakeholders (Business Units, Legal, Compliance, Finance, etc.) and external stakeholders (landlords, vendors, contractors, consultants, etc.) * Prepare property reports, budgets, and perform financial analysis. * Conduct site inspections, research, and analysis on property market trends. * Any other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: * Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, or equivalent. * At least 8 years of relevant experience in property management. * Good knowledge of property laws and regulations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. * Able to work independently and as a team.
