Overview of Division/Department The Project Finance team oversees the project finance business across Asia (excluding Japan). As a critical component of this team, the Agency section acts in various appointed agent capacities, serving as the primary liaison between borrower, syndicate lenders, and other key stakeholders. The team is dedicated to facilitating seamless loan operations and ensuring strict adherence to all financial and compliance requirements of the financing documents. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Project Finance team as Assistant VP (Project Finance). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of project finance transactions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and providing exceptional client service. Responsibilities: * Manage a portfolio of project finance transactions from origination to close, including deal structuring, due diligence, and financial analysis. * Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for project finance transactions, including cash flow projections, income statements, and balance sheets. * Provide exceptional client service by responding promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Agency section, to ensure seamless loan operations and compliance with financial and regulatory requirements. * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including borrowers, syndicate lenders, and other parties involved in project finance transactions. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the project finance sector. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. * At least 5 years of experience in project finance, including deal origination, financial analysis, and portfolio management. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and other parties involved in project finance transactions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
