The suitable candidate will support the Villa Manager in overseeing daily operations , ensuring high-end guest service and maintaining property standards. Key responsibilities will include managing staff (housekeeping, maintenance), handling check-ins/outs , resolving guest issues promptly, coordinating maintenance and ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties: Welcoming guests, facilitating check-ins/check-outs, answering queries, addressing any concerns or complaints from guests, ensuring that all villa amenities are in good working order, performing routine checks on villas to ensure they meet the hotel's high standards, handling any issues that may arise during the day, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
