The candidate will lead the Quality Excellence Insurance vertical, interfacing with colleagues across all levels; ensure implementation of a quality management framework for each client within P&C areas and drive quality control and assurance improvements and performance. Manage a team of Manager/Sr. Manager, LAM, AM within the vertical. Responsible for ensuring that all processes are aligned to the company's overall strategy and goals. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of Quality Excellence initiatives. Drive quality control and assurance improvements and performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their objectives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the vertical. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed about progress and achievements. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Quality Excellence initiatives. Provide recommendations for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Ensure that all activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.
