Assistant Vice President, Corporate Finance

Overview This is a key role to support the on-going Corporate Finance and Treasury activities including debt sourcing, financial and tax structuring for each investment deal, loan covenant monitoring and reporting. The key responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities Lead financial and tax structuring for each investment Scope and review financial and tax due diligence for each investment (when required) Responsible for debt sourcing for new investments or refinancing Review various financial and tax reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Provide guidance on financial and tax implications of each investment deal Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including the Investment Committee, to ensure alignment of financial and tax strategies. The key qualifications will include: Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, or related field Strong understanding of financial and tax regulations, particularly those related to investments and debt financing Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
