Assistant VCE Exam Supervisor

We are Seeking an Exam Supervisor to ensure the proper, secure and compliant administration of exams and ensure that all regulations are followed. This role is responsible for:

• Verifying student attendance
• Distributing and collecting examination papers and materials
• Adherance to VCAA regulations
• Familiarising themselves with proper procedure of VCE external assessments
• Ensuring that they have a clear understanding of the provisions for any student with the approved Special Examination Arrangements
• Monitor students during exams to ensure that thet comply with exam regulations
• Manage any exam irregularities in accordance with procedures
• Report any incidents or issues to the appropriate staff member
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of assessment materials
