The collaborator will support the Senior Relationship Managers of the trust & fiduciary company. Assistant Trust Relationship Manager 100% (m / f) Our client is a well established trust & fiduciary company in Switzerland and other international locations, with a strong reputation for providing high-quality services to private clients and institutional investors. The role of the Assistant Trust Relationship Manager will be to support the Senior Relationship Managers in their daily tasks, including but not limited to: - Providing administrative support to the Senior Relationship Managers, such as preparing reports, managing databases, and performing other tasks as required. - Assisting with client onboarding and maintenance, including opening new accounts, updating account information, and performing other tasks as required. - Coordinating with internal departments, such as compliance, risk management, and operations, to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to maintain the highest level of service quality. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and other relevant information. - Performing other administrative tasks as required by the Senior Relationship Managers or other members of the team.
