Assistant/ Training Manager (Sales Training, Retail Industry)

Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs for retail staff. Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service of retail staff. Create training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules. Work closely with the sales team to identify training needs and gaps. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement. Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales managers, trainers, and retail staff. Provide coaching and mentoring to retail staff to improve their performance and job satisfaction. Assist in the development of a comprehensive training plan that aligns with business objectives and priorities. Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to address these gaps and ensure continuous learning and growth. Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
