Next Spa, Employment Agency, Mantova Branch, selects for an important metalmechanics company: Assistant to Warehouse (Protected Categories L.68/99 ART.1) The Resource will collaborate to support business growth and optimize internal logistics. Main responsibilities: · Receiving, controlling, and storing incoming merchandise · Preparing orders and shipments · Using digital tools for warehouse management (e.g. WMS, barcode readers) · Collaborating with production and logistics departments for correct material flow · Maintaining order and respecting safety regulations on the work site

Required qualifications:

• Iscrizione alle Categorie Protette (L.68/99, Art.1) – mandatory requirement
• Prior experience in a production or logistics setting, preferably in the metalmechanics sector
• Good manual skills, precision, and ability to work in a team
• Using digital tools and warehouse management systems (e.g. WMS, barcode)
• Availability to perform manual tasks and work in dynamic environments

  We offer: direct hiring with a salary commensurate with the experience gained. Work schedule: Full Time on a daily basis.
