ASSISTANT TO THE MEAT DEPARTMENT

E-Work e-work SpA, Verona office, is seeking for a major retail company of the Organized Distribution (GDO) an assistant to the meat department. The resource will perform the following activities: - Dissection, sectioning and portioning of meat (use of knives, slicers and saws); - Service at the counter; - Packaging and verification of expiration dates; - Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and counter. Requirements: - Previous experience within supermarkets/food shops/meat markets or similar; - Good manual skill in using cutting tools; - Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP). - Good predisposition to work with the public; - Autonomy in movements. Place of work: Sommacampagna (VR). Working hours: full-time on morning/afternoon shifts, 6 days a week with 1 day off rotation. Classification: CCNL Commerce, level 5. 14 months.
