Assistant to the Gastronomy Bank

Humangest S.p.a, specialized company in Research and Selection of personnel, seeks for important client company operating in Parma's GDO sector: Assistant to the Gastronomy Bank. The resource will be responsible for the care and management of all activities within the Gastronomy Bank at the point of sale. It will take care of - Setting up, arranging and pricing products from the Gastronomy Bank - Direct sales and customer assistance; - Cleaning and caring for the bank. Requirements: - Previous experience gained in sales and direct customer assistance, particularly in the food service and/or GDO sector; - Knowledge of using a meat slicer, vacuum machines, salami and cheese cutting tools. - Knowledge of different cooking methods (first courses, second courses, side dishes), ability to use scales and necessary tools; - Immediate availability and flexibility to work on shifts, including holidays and weekends; - Self-motivated. Working hours: full-time 40H weekly from Monday to Sunday from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm, with a rotating day off. Job classification: Initial fixed-term contract.
