Description of the job For the Point of Sale in BOLZANO we are looking for figures of ADDETTO/A alla cassa. The resources will be inserted into our Check-in/Check-Out department, contributing to the success of a professional client's business, ensuring the quality of purchases and guaranteeing an optimal shopping experience in order to inspire and retain it through a sales service that best responds to its needs. Specifically, the resources will be responsible for: - Relating to customers, providing information and assistance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience; - Processing transactions and handling cash and credit card payments; - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace; - Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service; - Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge; - Performing other duties as required. We are looking for candidates who are able to work in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
