Assistant to Refining Leather

Etc. S.p.A. – Agency for Labor, branch of Santa Croce sull'Arno, on behalf of a reality operating in the leather goods sector, is currently looking for an assistant to be inserted into the refining department: ASSISTANT TO REFINING LEATHER The selected resource will join the production team and be responsible for activities related to the refining phase of the leather. It will report directly to the department manager and use specific machines to perform the required work processes. Expected tasks: - Use automated equipment such as sprayer, gemstone, palisade, stamp, stirrer, tampon, grinder, and rasps; - Conduct barrel rolling; - Load and unload machinery; - Monitor and control the production process; - Control product quality. Required qualifications: - Preferable experience, even minimal, in refining or the leather goods sector; - Knowledge of leather and main processing techniques; - Good predisposition to teamwork and respect for production schedules; - Flexibility and availability for overtime, including Saturday mornings. Offered: - Initial contract in fixed-term employment with possibility of extensions - Expected classification: level E3 or F of the CCNL Concerie – Industry Work schedule: full-time 40 hours weekly distributed from Monday to Friday, time slot 8:00-12:00 / 14:00-18:00 Place of work: Leather Goods Complex The offer is addressed to candidates of both sexes in accordance with D.lgs 198/2006 and subsequent amendments and Decrees n. 215 and 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
