Assistant to Cost Manager (Construction) - Real Estate, São Paulo

You will work alongside the Cost Manager, supporting the management of commercial aspects of projects across various sectors. Your role will be focused on budget management, cost control, and change management, with greater involvement in estimation and procurement phases.

Main Responsibilities

• Support cost estimates throughout all project phases
• Monitor and control measurements and cash flow predictions
• Participate in value engineering sessions and change analysis
• Develop measurement criteria for progress with suppliers
• Gather market data on costs and support bidding processes
• Quantify materials and labor for all project phases
• Review budgets after project package issuance
• Contribute to recommendation reports and stakeholder management
• Participate in weekly project and team meetings
• Prepare weekly cost progress reports, including forecastable expenses
