Secretary technical 60% - Methods & AcquisitionsPerrin Frères SA, an unmissable actor in the construction sector in the Lémanic arc, constitutes a key company within Perrin Group, bringing together for over a century all the expertise of large-scale construction. Innovative, solid and resolutely turned towards the future, the company intervenes in building, civil engineering, excavation, demolition and coatings.To accompany Perrin Frères SA in preparing and following up on acquisitions, we are looking for an Assistant Technique Methods and Acquisitions who will be responsible for:• Assisting the acquisition team in identifying potential targets;• Conducting research and analysis to support the acquisition process;• Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations to the management committee;• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth integration of new acquisitions;• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all acquisitions;• Providing administrative support to the acquisition team as needed.To be successful in this role, you will need to have:• A degree in business administration or a related field;• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;• Familiarity with financial data analysis software (e.g. Excel, Access);• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.• A strong understanding of the construction industry and its trends;• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;• Strong organizational and time management skills;• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;• Familiarity with Perrin Frères SA's values and mission;• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
