Assistant/ Technical Support Manager (UPS & DC System)

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the technical aspects of projects. Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with clients to understand their power backup requirements and provide customized solutions. Conduct site surveys and assessments. Design and develop architectures and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the implementation of power backup systems. Provide technical support and training to team members. Develop and implement processes and procedures for efficient project execution. Monitor and report on project progress and performance. Identify and address potential issues and risks. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of experience in technical support, engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of power backup systems, UPS and DC systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications: None specified.
