Adecco For our client, a 50-person agency operating throughout the canton of Geneva, we are seeking a confirmed Assistant Technical Real Estate professional at 100%. Responsibilities - Keeping the manager's agenda and processing emails and correspondence; - Ensuring relations between the agency, owners, tenants, concierges, and businesses - Establishing work orders and bid requests - Controlling and processing invoices - Coordinating and tracking works during renovations - Establishing APA requests - Preparing files after a termination and establishing a work schedule - Establishing and tracking budgets in collaboration with the manager - Processing files with tenant insurance (RC-ménage) - Organizing and planning owner meetings and writing minutes. Profile - You hold a CFC employee/commerce/technical or equivalent training - Swiss experience in agency management is required - You justify a solid 3-year experience as an assistant technical professional within an agency, managing an institutional portfolio - APGCI/USPI training, an asset Benefits - Salary over 13 months - 50% participation in parking space - 100% coverage of LAA + LAAC - Holiday on May 1st, Ascension Day, and Geneva's Fast Day.
