Assistant Store Manager (Full-time / 38.5 hours, m/w/d) - Seiersberg

• Supporting the Shop Manager in all aspects of the store and applying solution-oriented strategies and best practices in customer service together with the team
• Representing the Shop Manager in operational daily business (e.g. cash register, storage, visual merchandising, floor space) as well as possibly personnel matters (e.g. staffing planning, recruiting) in coordination with your Store Manager 
• Improving store performance through professional customer consulting in a role model function, effective teamwork, and efficient processes while maintaining our Retail Standards 
• Co-responsibility for our sales and customer experience goals including KPI management and sales promotion 

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position is € 2.362,00 (entry-level salary in the first year on a full-time basis) with willingness to exceed. The actual salary depends on experience and qualifications.
