Assistant Store Manager (Full-time / 38.5 hours, m/w/d) - Innsbruck Rathaus Galerien

• Support of the Shop Manager in all aspects of the store, as well as solution-oriented application of strategies and best practices in customer service together with the team
• Representation of the Shop Manager in operational daily business (e.g. cash register, storage, visual merchandising, floor space) as well as possibly personnel matters (e.g. personnel deployment planning, recruiting) in coordination with your Store Manager 
• Improvement of store performance through professional customer consulting in a role model function, effective teamwork and efficient processes while maintaining our Retail Standards 
• Co-responsibility for our sales and customer experience goals including KPI management and sales promotion 

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position is € 2.362,00 (entry-level salary in the first professional year on a full-time basis) with willingness to exceed. The actual salary depends on experience and qualifications.
