Assistant Store Manager - V/M

Job description

You are the strong link between your Store Manager and sales teams and help improve customer service by means of personal coaching that brings your teams together.

Your challenges:

• Closely monitor KPIs so that your team can achieve daily sales targets

• Develop cohesion, motivation, and skills by delegating, giving responsibility, and sharing your knowledge in an educational manner.

• Ensure that the teams adhere to operational procedures (inventory, cash registers, purchases, warehouse management).
