HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Our program consists of training modules covering leadership, development tools, and store operations. You will work and train in cooperation with other trainees, trainers, and your mentor.

• Practical training takes place at one of our training stores
• Five modules include: theoretical training, role-playing, group work, team building
• You will learn under the guidance of a store manager - mentor through practical training, coaching, and feedback
• The program ends with an exam and certification

The main goal of the JYSK Assistant Store Manager Trainee program is to professionally prepare trainees to run their own stores.
