HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Our program consists of leadership training, development tools, and store operations. You will work and train in cooperation with other trainees, trainers, and your mentor.

• Practical training takes place at one of our training stores
• Five modules covering: theoretical training, role-playing, group work, team building
• You will learn under the guidance of a store manager - mentor through practical training, coaching, and feedback
• The program ends with an exam and certification
