This isn’t your ordinary ASM role. It comes with a strong focus on merchandising and inventory, while still being hands on, on the floor with the team. We’re looking for someone that organised, safety focused and customer obsessed. It’s a busy, fast-paced store with plenty of foot traffic, backed by our iconic brand and values. As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to achieve sales targets, managing inventory levels, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve store performance.
