Assistant store manager

This means, among other things:

• be an example for your team and be an ambassador for the Rituals brand;
• encourage store performances by taking care of excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient operations every day;
• coach, train, create engagement, and help your team members to stand fully in their strength;
• support the Store Manager in creating a culture of trust based on positive and constructive feedback;
• help with recruiting and retaining a diverse and talented store team;
• be prepared to take over as Shop Manager and lead when needed.
