About the Role Looking to join the magical world of Peter Alexander as an Assistant Store Manager! This is your chance to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional experience to both your team and customers in the Sylvia Park store. You’ll help drive sales, create a delightful store environment and ensure everything runs like clockwork. It’s all about spreading happiness, creativity and a little bit of luxury. This is a FULL TIME LEADERSHIP position of 38 hours per week, working Sundays to Saturdays. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for: • Assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business results • Developing and implementing effective store layouts and visual merchandising strategies • Building strong relationships with your team members and providing coaching and guidance as needed • Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring all customers leave the store feeling valued and satisfied • Managing inventory levels, processing stock takes and conducting cycle counts • Coordinating and participating in visual merchandising and store displays • Supporting the Store Manager in managing budgets and achieving financial targets • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge • Collaborating with other Assistant Store Managers and the wider Peter Alexander team to drive business results and share best practices.
