Responsibilities

• In close cooperation with the Store Manager, you will effectively lead and motivate the team to achieve company goals
• You will be involved in the recruitment process and ensure, in line with SOFACOMPANY values, not only good onboarding and training, but also a positive working atmosphere
• You will support with app-based staff scheduling
• You will actively participate in the design and development of exhibition inventory based on KPI analyses and visual guidelines
• You will be responsible for the implementation of sales strategies to realize our 5-star service
• As a leader, you will lead by example and embody our vision in active customer contact
• You will report to the Store Manager and represent them in their absence

Qualifications

• You have completed vocational training, preferably in retail; however, your attitude is what matters most to us
• You have had some previous experience with personnel management or possess the necessary communication skills
• You have analytical understanding and the intrinsic motivation to constantly improve
• You are available for regular Saturday work
• You speak fluent German and English
