Tasks

You translate strategy into tangible results – every day in the store.
As Assistant Store Manager, you connect people, performance, and processes.

You lead teams, develop talents, and ensure that commercial goals come alive in everyday life.

Qualification

You know: A successful store is created where leadership provides orientation and motivation shows its effect.
You keep an eye on sales, service, and atmosphere alike.

Together with the Store Manager, you make decisions, set priorities, and bring the store a little further every day. Your impact is visible everywhere – in the team, on the floor, and in the numbers.
