WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU AS AN ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (m/f/d)
For our Bershka Store in Berlin - East Side Mall
in full-time | permanent
Responsibilities
You translate strategy into tangible results – every day in the store.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you connect people, performance, and processes.
You lead teams, develop talent, and ensure that commercial goals come to life in everyday operations.
Qualifications
You know: A successful store is created where leadership provides direction and motivation has an impact.
You keep an eye on sales, service, and the atmosphere equally.
Together with the Store Manager, you make decisions, manage priorities, and move the store forward every day. Your impact is visible everywhere – in the team, on the sales floor, and in the numbers.
