Description

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:

• Assist in achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
• Support team leadership, coaching, and development to maintain high performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain stock levels, merchandising standards, and store presentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Contribute to rostering, training, and performance management processes.

Profile

• Previous experience in retail or trade sales, ideally with some leadership exposure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve results.
• Commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends.
• A passion for tools, equipment, and helping customers find the right solutions.
