In this role, you will support the Boutique Manager in driving sales performance, managing daily operations, and delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with the brand's standards.

• Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and driving boutique performance
• Lead by example on the shop floor to deliver outstanding client service and elevate customer experience
• Coach and develop the sales team through regular feedback and on-the-job training
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients through effective clienteling and CRM strategies
• Oversee boutique operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and compliance with procedures
• Monitor KPIs, analyze sales performance, and implement action plans to drive business growth
• Ensure boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and brand standards are consistently upheld
• Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the Boutique Manager

• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in luxury retail (watches, jewelry, or fashion)
• Strong sales-driven mindset with a proven track record in achieving targets
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong clienteling ability with experience handling VIP clientele
• Good business acumen with the ability to analyze sales and drive performance
• Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills
