Description of the post

As right-hand man of the Store Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing tasks in the store and sales results:

• You will assist the store manager in daily store management.

• You will supervise your colleagues, plan information meetings, and ensure everyone knows what to do.
• You will strive to offer the best possible customer experience: advise, help, provide service.
• You will keep an overview, optimize processes, and think about improvements.

• You will intervene where necessary: cash register, restocking of stocks, setting up displays, handling transportation of goods...
