DE JOBINHOUD?

• As right-hand man of the Store Manager, you are jointly responsible for optimizing tasks in the store and for sales results
• You ensure that the store always looks top-notch and perform routine tasks to achieve this
• You roll out weekly campaigns to attract customers
• You radiate positivity and motivate your colleagues to do the same: you sell our products with a smile
• You support the Store Manager in managing and coaching your colleagues and provide them with sales training and tips & tricks

• Is a born motivator with experience in managing and developing a team
• Is communicatively strong and finds the right words to inspire a team

• Feels responsible for customer service and store results
• Has a commercial attitude
• Is stress-resistant, keeps his head cool and gives direction when needed
• Strives for better results, but doesn't let his head drop when things get tough
• Is willing to split the weekend into 2 separate days and work on Saturday, as there are many customers to help then
• Sees himself as a future store manager and works towards that goal
