• Assister the Store Manager in supervising daily operations of the store and achieving sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of performing sales associates.
• Ensure excellent customer service by setting a positive example and responding to customers' questions and concerns.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular inventories, and place orders if necessary.
• Supervise species processing procedures and maintain precise financial records.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to improve store appearance and stimulate sales.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and personnel programming.
• Maintain respect for company policies, procedures, and security rules.
• Replace the Store Manager in their absence, making key decisions if necessary.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
